About these terms

These terms are between you and Overwatch One LLC (“Overwatch One,” “we,” or “us”). They govern your use of ovrwtch.com, forms.ovrwtch.com, the Ask Scott chat, and Overwatch One client portals (together, “our sites”). By using our sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. These terms cover use of our websites only. IT as a Service and other work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Information on our sites

The content on our sites, including articles, guides, estimators, calculators, and chat answers, is general information. It is not legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice for your situation, and it is not an offer or a quote. Estimates and calculator results are approximate. Any service, scope, or price is set only in a written agreement or proposal from us.

Ask Scott (AI assistant)

Ask Scott is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, so please confirm anything important with our team. Do not share passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive information in the chat. Do not use the chat to send spam, harmful content, or attempts to misuse the system.

Forms and requests

When you send us a form or request, you agree that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it, including any information about your business. Sending a form does not create a contract or obligate either of us; we will follow up to confirm next steps.

Client portals

  • Client portals are only for people their organization has authorized. Depending on the portal, access is by a portal password your organization sets through a one-time invite link, or through Cloudflare Access with Google sign-in or a one-time email code.
  • Keep your sign-in methods secure and do not share your access with others. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your access without permission.
  • Portal content is confidential to you and your organization. Do not copy or share it outside your organization except as needed for your business.
  • We may suspend or remove access at any time, including when someone leaves your organization or when needed for security.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to our sites, portals, systems, or other users’ information.
  • Test, scan, or probe our sites for weaknesses without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or overload our sites, or use bots or scrapers in ways that harm them.
  • Use our sites to break the law or to send spam, malware, or misleading content.
  • Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to an organization.

Our content

Our sites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Overwatch One name, belong to Overwatch One or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Please do not copy, republish, or sell our content without our permission. Other companies’ names and logos belong to their owners.

Links and third-party services

Our sites link to services run by others, such as Calendly, Google, Microsoft, and social networks, and to partner and affiliate sites. We do not control those services, and their own terms and policies apply.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information on our sites.

No warranty

Our sites are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that our sites will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that the information on them is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Overwatch One will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of our sites. This section does not limit any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any separate written service agreement.

Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of our sites at any time. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use our sites after an update means you accept the updated terms.
